RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Rich Prentise of lowten about 60 payned in his back lims & in his mēbers. full of aches feb. 20 die ♂ h. 11. 45. 1599. cannot sleepe he hath a great scouring day by day. 4 or 6 times a day for this 20 yeres.

RN Will: Lovely at the sane {sic} tine {sic} 60 yeres cannot sleepe swelleth in his side at hart & brest

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN Iohn Franckling of dreiton 60 yeres sick this quarter of the yere in his harte. & chest. Martij 1. die ♃ h. 3. 30. m 1599 so weak he cannot goe out a dores. 1599.
